Somedays in DeafRead theres nothing special in it, so I do save clips for times when I need laughter.<BR/><BR/>So here I am! You mistook Sh*t for Chet? I must admit it was a good one! Whew...<BR/><BR/>Guess what? Because of my Deaf voice, when people ask me what my name is, when I pronounce John it sounds like "don." When I go order smoothies, they write the name on the cup and it's ALWAYS "DON". Like as if I was some Mafia don, whooha!<BR/><BR/>Finally what did I do-do? I started called myself David when I order food or smoothies. It works everytime and everytime I say David, it's put down as "David".<BR/><BR/>But did I think about changing my name? No, although I have to use David as a "stage" name wherever I have to put my name down on a order, specially when I get Jamba smoothies. Sigh.<BR/><BR/>I guess I have to make friends with every cashier, every manager, every co-worker and tell them what my real name is so they'll start putting it down as "JOHN."<BR/><BR/>cODA bROTHERS, I am Don, er John!
