Ha! I'm tempted to use this one in my Deaf culture class, but I'm afraid Hearies might think your exaggerations are true!

Thanks for the laugh, guys! Sorely needed.

LOL!!!

One time I was driving somewhere and my friend was in the passenger seat. I had this story to tell..so I asked him to hold the steering wheel while I told the story. About 2-3 seconds into my story we both realized that HE was watching ME and not the road while steering...DUH!!!

True story...

Too funny! I was laughing so much my hubby wanted to know what I was reading. I explained about the vlog, but because he doesn't have the experience of being around too many deaf people, let alone in the car, some of the humor was lost on him. (He did, however laugh at me try to recant the vlog post). But I totally got it and LOVED IT!

Damn, Olson Brothers!

That is one of true deaf culture! It always happens to each deaf driver! Even back in '70's when I was a teen going out with a group of friends. I would hold steering wheel while driver signed. It was NOT easy to keep my eyes on the road while trying to hear his story. Most of time I would turn around and talked to my friends who were in the back seats. Those times were fun and CRAZY as hell. Luckily, the cops never catch on us at all! LOL

Lol!!! Sooooo true!

Who's driving that car that's swerving all over the road??? He's either DWI (driving while intoxicated) or DWD (driving while Deaf)! LMAO!

Hey - it brought many memories and looking back, I realize I was not driving carefully. But at the same time, I had to laugh because it was almost true on how we drive.

One thing - when Andrew (the one without glass?) was driving, it was somewhat difficult to image because we do not drive on right side. For me, I always teach my students to sign/act whatever they do according to right location. Know what I mean?

As always, I enjoy your vlog!! Keep 'em coming!
