If Deaf culture is defined by use of sign language, all users of sign language should be included.
And I like your idea of CODA olympics - but what about those of us who are signing and Deaf community members (such as those who have married into the community) who aren't CODA? Do we need to set up an Olympics for Signing non-CODA? :) LOL
